Construct a testing and demonstration site for the water-side and air-side natural cooling equipment of the data center computer room on the campus of the National Taipei University of Technology.
The PUE value measured under the optimal air-conditioning operating conditions is 1.30, much lower than the global average in 2022 (1.55) of overhead downward flow-type data center. The free cooling will be incorporated into the air-conditioning operation mode of the data center for full-year PUE measurement. It is expected that the average PUE value for the whole year in the future can be lower than 1.25.
